What is your opinion of the caller who, when he becomes angry with a person, raises his voice at him and reminds him of his past mistakes, and this caller to Allah preaches in the mosque and raises his voice at his parents as well?

The questioner : From the questions of this questioner, Hamid Abdul Razzaq from Jordan, he says: O honorable Shaykh, what is your opinion of the caller who, when he becomes angry with a person, raises his voice at him and reminds him of his past mistakes, and this caller to Allah preaches in the mosque and raises his voice at his parents as well?
The Shaykh : We see that the caller to Allah the Exalted must be the first to do what he calls people to and the first to leave what he forbids, because he is calling to Allah. If he is sincere in that, let him avoid what Allah and His Messenger forbid, and let him do what Allah and His Messenger have commanded. His speaking to people harshly when calling to Allah, scolding them and rebuking them, makes him in error, due to the saying of Allah Blessed and Exalted to His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him):[Ali 'Imran 3:159] And because Allah the Exalted gives through gentleness what He does not give through harshness, and because Allah the Exalted loves gentleness in all matters. Has this caller not been informed of what came in the hadith of Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him), that an Arab man entered the Prophet’s mosque, the mosque of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and moved to a corner of the mosque and began to urinate. The people rebuked him and shouted at him, asking how he could urinate in the Prophet’s mosque (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). But the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), to whom Allah granted wisdom, stopped them from doing so and said: meaning, do not stop his urination, let him finish. When he was done, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that a *dhib* of water, meaning a bucket or something similar, be poured over the urine. He called the Arab man and said to him: or as he (peace and blessings be upon him) said. The Arab man said: "O Allah, have mercy on me and Muhammad, and do not have mercy on anyone with us". He was pleased with the saying of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) because he spoke to him with gentleness and softness, and taught him the ruling and taught him with wisdom or as he said.
So my advice to every caller is to be gentle in calling to Allah, and to explain the Shari'ah in a way that people feel reassured by it and rejoice in it, because he is calling to Allah, not calling to himself, and he does not want his call to extinguish the heat of his zeal, but rather he wants to reform the creation. So let him follow the closest and easiest paths to convincing the creation and guiding them. Yes.

So by mercy from Allah, [O Muhammad], you were lenient with them. And if you had been rude [in speech] and harsh in heart, they would have disbanded from about you. So pardon them and ask forgiveness for them and consult them in the matter
Do not stop him.
لا تُزرموهIndeed, these mosques are not suitable for any harm or filth; they are only for prayer, the glorification of Allah, and the recitation of the Qur'an.
