Discussion of the issue of jihad and the genuine preparation for it.

The Shaykh: and with their varied weapons, they do not move a muscle to support a Muslim people, whether it was the Afghans previously or later the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the other countries you hear about = -- May Allah reward you with good -- = they do not move a muscle, but they do, even if indirectly, incite the youth to go there in the name of jihad in the cause of Allah. Where is the jihad in the cause of Allah? , .
Individuals from the people are unable to prepare and fulfill the duty of preparation; rather, it is the governments ... .

... and the very, very sad reality is that Islamic states are negligent in providing the Muslim people with the reinforcements that would save them, and then some individuals from some people try to perform this duty which is impossible to achieve; because going from these Arab countries to Bosnia and Herzegovina requires many, many planes, and weapons of various kinds. By Allah, if a hundred students, a thousand enthusiastic students, or thousands of thousands went with nothing but the weapons known today as light weapons, what would these weapons do against the tanks and planes possessed by the enemies of the Muslims in those lands? Therefore, we do not advise it at all; because there is a loss similar to the losses we suffered in some Islamic lands due to hastening with something before making the preparations for it, as it was said in some of the old wisdoms: "Whoever hastens with something before its time is tested with its deprivation."
