The Shaykh’s advice to the general Muslim public regarding beneficial knowledge and righteous deeds.

Ibrahim Shuqara: A final word, our Shaykh, after all of this, a short piece of advice for our Muslim brothers in general, in all corners of the earth, its east and west. What is your future vision for this Islam, and will there be, if Allah wills, a victory for Islam that Allah Mighty and Majestic brings about through the hands of His sincere servants, and when will that be, if Allah wills?

The Shaykh : My advice to our Muslim brothers in all the lands of the world is beneficial knowledge and righteous deeds. Beneficial knowledge is not obtained except from the Book of Allah and from the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), which is the authentic, established Sunnah from him. And this knowledge does not benefit the Muslims except if, as we indicated earlier in some of our previous words, it is accompanied by righteous deeds. And there is no doubt and no ambiguity that deeds are divided into two categories: a category that pertains to the person himself and to those... with him, and to those over whom he has authority and power and command. This type of deed is one in which the Muslim is not excused if he falls short in performing it, because he has no excuse whatsoever. The ruler and the state have no authority over him within the limits of his private authority over himself and his family. And therefore, we advise beneficial knowledge and righteous deeds, and that the Muslim should do everything he is able to do and try to expand the circle of his work to others who may be far from him, but whom he is able to reach with his knowledge and his guidance. And so, the Muslims today, as I understand it and as I feel from the reality in the Muslim world today, and especially in this control called the new world order, in my belief, the known verse at that time and in that place is His saying, Blessed and Exalted is He: . What we are thinking about now is practical, direct thinking to change the rule of the rulers. Rather, we are thinking about practical, direct change in our own rule over ourselves and our families. And there is no doubt and no ambiguity whatsoever that the Muslims who adhere to this path, the effects of that will be the establishment of the Muslim society. Otherwise, I am amazed at people who think of establishing the Muslim state without achieving that wisdom narrated from some of the Islamic callers, but the followers of this caller contradicted him in that wisdom which says, "Establish the state of Islam in your hearts, and it will be established for you on your land." Unless the Muslims establish the state of Islam in their hearts, in their homes, in their private governments, in which neither the openly disbelieving ruler nor the deviant ruler who strays from many of the rulings of his religion interferes, that has no relation to the human being's rule over himself and over others. When the Muslims set out to apply this noble verse , the Muslims will have taken the head of the straight path, and that will achieve for them, first, the Muslim society... and upon such a society the Muslim state will be established. And I hope that will be soon. And I, despite what has passed which carries a person by his human nature to pessimism, I am not pessimistic; I am very optimistic, because the nature of the divine, cosmic, natural laws, if this expression is correct, as it is said, "The crisis intensifies, then it eases." . In addition to this, I say it explicitly, as I have said repeatedly, that they are the cause of this... that has befallen the Muslims today. They have no decision-making power in the lands, which are Palestine. That is because from the authentic hadiths is that when the Dajjal emerges from the east, Jesus (peace be upon him) will be with seventy thousand Jews wearing the Talmud in the company of the greater Dajjal. He will pass through the Muslim lands, and no land will remain except that this greater Dajjal will trample it, except Mecca and Medina, and except al-Quds (Jerusalem), where Jesus (peace be upon him) will be, and the believers around him... the Dajjal and Jesus in al-Quds. So there are no Jews there; the Jews are outside. And therefore, these Jews will not remain, however arrogant they are and however they exaggerate in their self-reliance and their material strength. And Allah Mighty and Majestic is behind them, encompassing them. And a day will come, not far off, when that lie is realized, behind which some Arab secularist callers were hiding, who say, "We want to throw these into the sea; they cannot be expelled... from one country. Rather, those who will expel them are those whom Allah Mighty and Majestic has promised victory, the verse that says .

The questioner : .

The Shaykh. This is it. These are the ones who say with such divine commands, or those who will expel the Jews from Palestine, and they will take refuge with the greater Dajjal, who is the greatest Dajjal, and they will come in his company to besiege Jesus (peace be upon him) while he is in al-Quds. He will come out to the Dajjal and kill him. Then the battle foretold in the authentic hadith, in the hadith of Muslim, will take place. There, the trees and stones will speak, except the Ghurqad tree, and it will say, "Behind me is a Muslim, behind me is a Jew, so kill him." So these Muslims are the ones who will achieve the throwing of the Jews into the sea, or at least their expulsion from what they have occupied of the Muslim lands. But my final word, and perhaps the conclusion of this session, if Allah wills, is to remind of the divine cosmic law, which is His saying, Blessed and Exalted is He: . Therefore, I say, with great regret, that the Muslims today, in their present state, are not the ones who will expel the Jews. Rather, it is a generation, perhaps this emerging generation about whom I speak, that they are now in an awakening. But in my belief, it is in the first stage of the awakening, because it is an intellectual, scientific awakening. And when it is followed by an educational, moral awakening, these people, after a time, if Allah wills, perhaps not a long time, are the ones who will force the Jews to leave the lands of the Muslims and be cast far, very far from the lands of Islam. So we must remind ourselves and our brothers of this noble verse . So I am hopeful for good, and perhaps it will be soon.

The questioner : The hadiths indicating that are many, our Shaykh. I say, our Shaykh, may Allah reward you with good and do you good for what Allah has opened for you and caused to flow through your tongue of truth, knowledge, and clear explanation, which we hope Allah Blessed and Exalted is He will make a cause for the guidance of many, the return of the strayers, and the return of the lovers to the truth, not to an increase in evil, may Allah forbid. And we ask Allah Blessed and Exalted is He to prolong your life, to bless your work, to reward us and the Muslims and Islam with the best reward, and to make you always a towering peak, a high banner, and a guiding path to the truth that leads to the pleasure of Allah. And I ask Allah to benefit the Muslims who hear this speech in the east and west of the earth, and to gather us with the Chosen One (peace and blessings be upon him), and to make us guides and guided. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon his family and his companions.
