Does weather forecasting through the media and acting upon it harm the Muslim's creed?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : And finally, if Allah wills, we will not take up too much of your time.

The Shaykh : It is clear that you are in a hurry tonight.

The questioner : There are three questions; you don't have any guests, do you?
The keys to the Unseen are five, which no one knows except Allah, among them: no one knows when the rain will come except Allah the Exalted. مفاتيح الغيب خمس لا يعلمها إلا الله منها ولا يدري أحد متى يجيء المطر إلا الله تعالى
The question here is: if a person hears the weather forecast, which is naturally based on their scientific measurements, and becomes convinced that it will rain tomorrow, does this affect his creed regarding his understanding of this hadith?

The Shaykh : No, it does not affect the creed.

The questioner : It does not affect his creed.

The Shaykh : Not at all.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good. Peace be upon you.

The Shaykh : And peace be upon you. I see that this incident does not carry the ruling of accidental killing, because this error occurred from a specialist, and the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say:
Whoever practices medicine and is not a doctor is the guarantor. من تطبب وليس بطبيب فهو ضامن
So, if he kills a patient he is treating, and the treatment is not within his area of specialization, he is the guarantor, but otherwise, he is not.

The questioner : So, there is nothing upon him?

The Shaykh : Yes, but I asked you: did fasting two consecutive months affect you, Abu 'Ammar? – Al-Albani (may Allah have mercy on him) laughs –
Abu 'Ammar: Not at all, this is correct, may Allah reward you.

The Shaykh : Whereas I fasted for forty days and lost twenty kilograms.
The Doctor: I went down from one hundred and three to one hundred and one – the brothers (may Allah preserve them) laugh – but the fasting was in the winter season.

The Shaykh : But it is not hidden from you that your fasting is not like my fasting, to state the truth. Your fasting is religious, my fasting is medical. I mean, you, may Allah bless you, were eating the pre-dawn meal, breaking your fast, and making up for what you missed during the day, so your situation did not change.
The Doctor: Yes, it did not change.

The Shaykh : I fasted on water only.
