Is the Hajj of one who did not pray the two rak'ahs of Fajr at Muzdalifah valid?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Abu Layla: My teacher, what is the ruling on the Hajj of one who did not pray two rak'ahs at Muzdalifah?
Al-Albani : He did not pray two rak'ahs, you mean he did not pray Fajr,
Abu Layla: Yes.

The Shaykh: So what did he do?
Abu Layla: He went directly to Mina after leaving 'Arafah.

The Shaykh: Yes, meaning he did not intentionally delay to pray Fajr at Muzdalifah.
Abu Layla : Yes.

The Shaykh: He has no Hajj, he has no Hajj, just as if he had left off standing at 'Arafah; yes.
Abu Layla: There is one hadith.

The Shaykh: Yes,
Whoever prays this prayer of ours with us and has stood at 'Arafah for an hour of night or day, his Hajj is complete and he has fulfilled his obligations من صلى صلاتنا هذه معنا وكان قد وقف في عرفة ساعة من ليل أو نهار فقد تم حجه وقضى تفثه
