What is the ruling on a woman going to the market if she is wearing a hijab and fully covered, and what do you advise women who frequently go to the markets?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In the last of this questioner's questions, he asks: What is the ruling on a woman going to the market? And if she is wearing a hijab and fully covered, what do you advise, O honorable Shaykh, the women who frequently go to the markets?

The Shaykh : What I advise our Muslim sisters is not to go to the markets frequently, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said
Their homes are better for them
He said this while speaking about women coming to the mosques for prayer, saying:
Their homes are better for them
And if this is the case for those who come to pray, how much more so for those who go out to the markets without need? She may expose herself to trials, either being tempted herself or causing others to be tempted.
So my advice to my Muslim sisters is to stay in their homes as much as they are able to do so. There is no better discipline than the discipline of Allah the Exalted for the Mothers of the Believers (may Allah be pleased with them), where He said to them:
And abide in your houses and do not display yourselves as [was] the display of the former times of ignorance
[Al-Ahzab 33:33]

Based on this, we say that if a woman needs to go out to the market, let her go out, but she should go out without wearing perfume, without displaying her adornment, without uncovering her face or what must be covered, and not walking with the gait of men, nor laughing in the markets, nor raising her voice, nor speaking in a soft, seductive manner. The important thing is that there must be conditions.
As for what happens with some women, such as going out without need, or going out wearing perfume, or displaying their adornment, or walking with the gait of a man, or laughing with their companion, or raising their voice, or speaking in a soft, seductive manner when addressing men, all of this is among the forbidden matters. Do not be deceived, O Muslim woman, by the false propaganda of your enemies who want you to be like men in these matters. Indeed, Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, has distinguished between men and women in creation, in intellect, in intelligence, and in conduct, to the extent that Allah the Exalted said:
Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth.
[An-Nisa 4:34]
And He, Mighty and Majestic, said:
And due to the wives is similar to what is expected of them, according to what is reasonable
[Al-Baqarah 2:228]
Then He said:
But the men have a degree over them
[Al-Baqarah 2:228]
So He did not make the woman equal to the man. But your enemies, the enemies of morals, and the enemies of Islam want you to take the place of men, to participate in men's work, and to mix with them, because these people have become corrupt and they wanted to corrupt others. For this reason, they are now groaning under the burden of this character and they wish with all their power to transform into the morals of Islam in this regard, but how can they do so when the thread has slipped from their hands and the distance has become far?
Then, whether they know it or not, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
I have not left behind me a trial more injurious to men than women.
Mishkat al-Masabih 3085
And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) spoke the truth. So beware, beware, O Muslim sister, of being deceived by such false propaganda. Be as Allah wants you to be:
And abide in your houses and do not display yourselves as [was] the display of the former times of ignorance
[Al-Ahzab 33:33]
And if Allah the Exalted addresses the most chaste of women in the best of times and among the best of people, what do you say about the state of people today with these great trials? I say, if Allah addresses the women of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) with this address, then the women of today are addressed with this even more, due to the abundance of trials and the badness of the situation.
I ask Allah the Exalted to protect the Muslims

The questioner : Amen.

The Shaykh : from the schemes of their enemies.

The questioner : Amen.

The Shaykh : And to make the schemes of their enemies fall upon their own throats.

The questioner : O Allah, amen.

The Shaykh : And that He does not allow them to stand firm in preventing people from the path of Allah and from the religion of Allah.

The questioner : O Allah, amen.

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : May Allah reward you, O Shaykh.
