A Woman Going to the Market

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first and third questions of Fatwa No. ( 16746 )
Q1: I am a 22-year-old girl who goes out to attend to my own needs. I have a father and three brothers, but each of them is busy with his work; therefore, I buy what I need on my own. What is the ruling of the Shari'ah regarding this, and is there any blame in it? Please note that I have been wearing the hijab since I was studying, and I go out with my parents' permission.
A1: It is permissible for a woman to go out to attend to her needs from the market if there is no one available to do so for her, but on the condition that she adheres to the Shari'ah hijab, avoids free mixing with men, and observes the Shari'ah etiquettes. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
