What is the ruling on one who deprives his sisters of their inheritance?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The first question: your statement regarding the one who deprives his sisters of their inheritance, and the ruling of the Lawgiver in this matter?

The Shaykh : He is an oppressor, a great wrongdoer, and one who transgresses the limits of the Shari'ah. This is not permissible given the situation, because it is well known that oppression is absolutely forbidden, as he (peace and blessings be upon him) said in the authentic hadith:
Be on your guard against committing oppression, for oppression is a darkness on the Day of Resurrection اتقوا الظلم فإن الظلم ظلمات يوم القيامة
Sahih Muslim 2578
Especially the oppression of the weak is a greater sin than the oppression of the strong, because the strong one may be able to defend himself, whereas the weak one, and the gentle nature that the Messenger referred to as "crystal vases," these people have no power or authority. Therefore, oppressing them is a sin before Allah (Mighty and Majestic) greater than oppressing men. This is the answer to your first question.
