How to reconcile Allah’s saying: “His command, when He intends a thing, is only to say to it, ‘Be,’ and it is” with His saying

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In the name of Allah, and may prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah. Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, says in the Noble Book, the Noble Qur’an:
His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, "Be," and it is. إنما أمره إذا أراد شيئا أن يقول له كن فيكون
[Ya-Sin 36:82]
Then Allah, Mighty and Majestic, says in the Qur’an regarding the creation of the heavens and the earth:
Allah, who created the heavens and earth in six days الله الذي خلق السماوات والأرض في ستة أيام
[Al-A'raf 7:54]
So how can we remove the apparent contradiction between these two verses
His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, "Be," and it is. إنما أمره إذا أراد شيئا أن يقول له كن فيكون
[Ya-Sin 36:82]
?

The Shaykh : Do you mean that you want to say that there is a contradiction between the two verses in that the first verse appears, on the surface of its meaning, to indicate that Allah, Mighty and Majestic, merely says to a thing, “Be,” and it is, and it happens immediately, whereas the other verse, indeed the verses and hadiths, state that He created the heavens and the earth in six days? So its apparent meaning contradicts the first verse, which states that when He intends a command, He says to it, “Be,” and it is. Is this the contradiction you mean?
The matter is easy, if Allah wills. The phrase “Be, and it is” means that when He commands something, it must respond in accordance with the will of Allah, Mighty and Majestic, because the will of Allah prevails over everything. However, this does not mean that every command of Allah, Mighty and Majestic, occurs without organization, without specification, and without timing. Rather, a thing may be one way and another thing another way. If the divine command from our Lord, Blessed and Exalted is He, is for the commanded thing to be immediate, then it will be immediate. And if the commanded thing is issued by Allah, Mighty and Majestic, to occur within a specified number of hours, days, or years, then it will be so, as Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, wills. In brief, after this clarification, we can say that His saying:
“Be, and it is” is a general term كن فيكون مجمل
may sometimes be as it appears on the surface of the verse, and sometimes it is detailed. So this entire category, namely the immediate command or the delayed command, is all subject to the command of Allah, Mighty and Majestic, and nothing deviates from it. Have I answered the question?
May Allah reward you with good.
