Is attaining political rule achieved through calling to Allah the Exalted, or through the path of passionate uprisings?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : What is the desired hope that these young people seek? Can they ever overthrow the ruling system through the path of calling in the best manner, or do they hope to establish a red revolution against this tyrant? This requires a long time and cooperation with Muslim youth in other countries that have, unfortunately, what I call full freedom, but which have more freedom than that country. However, if they want to plan, as some groups do, to establish a revolution and a military coup against this tyrant, then it is said:
"Sa'd led them, and Sa'd was wrapped in his cloak, / But this is not, O Sa'd, how camels are led." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) migrated from Makkah to al-Madinah and ordered his companions to migrate from Makkah to al-Madinah. Before that, he ordered them to migrate from Makkah to Abyssinia. Why? So that the believing Companions could breathe freely in the land of Abyssinia under the protection of the Negus. Then the second and final stage came, which was the command to migrate to al-Madinah.
