Clarification that the Muslim Brotherhood, the members of the Tahrir Party, and others do not adopt following the righteous predecessors in their understanding of Islam.

From here, first, we say that every Islamic party or group must correct its fundamental starting point, which is to rely on the Book and the Sunnah and on what the righteous predecessors were upon. This condition is not adopted by the Tahrir Party in thought, nor by the Muslim Brotherhood, nor by their like among the many parties. We mean by this the Islamic parties. As for the parties that have declared war on Islam, such as the Ba'athists and the Communists, we have no discussion with them at this time. The point is this third principle: following the path of the believers. The Tahrir Party does not adopt this, nor does any of the other parties. If this is the case, then every Muslim man and woman should know that if the line is crooked from its beginning, then the further it proceeds, the more it deviates and moves away from the straight path...
