Does the one who prays prostrate for forgetfulness due to missing the supplication of bowing or the supplication of prostration, and does the one praying behind the imam prostrate if he forgets it?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Does the one who prays prostrate for forgetfulness due to missing the supplication of bowing or prostration?

The Shaykh : What appears to me from the word "missing" is that it is not forgetting, because missing may be due to forgetting or it may be intentional. If the intention is forgetting, then the answer is yes. But if it is not due to forgetting, then he owes nothing, because it is not obligatory. If he performed the obligatory, which is the glorification in bowing and in prostration, that is sufficient.

The questioner : And in the case where his forgetting was while he was praying behind the imam, does he prostrate after the imam's taslim?

The Shaykh: No.

The questioner : And if he missed a rak'ah behind the imam, does his forgetting differ while he is following the imam?

The Shaykh : This is a pillar that must be made up, like the one who joins the prayer late, for example, missing a rak'ah or more; he must perform them.

The questioner : The questioner : He means that if the forgetting of the supplications was in a rak'ah in which he was alone from the imam.

The Shaykh : Ah, I understood; he forgot a rak'ah.

The questioner : He forgot a rak'ah and then was alone.

The Shaykh : Ah, if he forgot after he was alone, then he must perform the prostration for forgetfulness.
