Is it permissible for a teacher to assign a higher percentage to morals than to academic knowledge in order to threaten the students, even though this contradicts the school system?

The questioner : Is it permissible for a professor to assign a higher percentage to moral grades than to academic grades in order to discipline students in good character, even though this contradicts the school system? Is this violation permissible?

The Shaykh : If the system was established by people of knowledge, first in Islam and second in matters related to studies and social aspects, then it is not permissible to violate it.
