The Dhuha Prayer is a recommended practice; should one persist in it consistently or only occasionally?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Something else.

The questioner : The Dhuha Prayer is a recommended practice from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). Should one persist in it or not?

The Shaykh : Whoever is able to do so should not neglect it. Why? Because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
In the human body there are three hundred and sixty joints, and for every joint there is a charity every day. They said: O Messenger of Allah, who is able to give three hundred and sixty charities every day? He said: Indeed, for you, every tasbih (glorification) is a charity, and every tahmid (praise) is a charity...
to the end of it. He mentioned among these good and noble qualities, then said at the end of the hadith: "And two rak'ahs of Dhuha will gather all of that for you." So happy is the one who is able to be consistent with these two rak'ahs every day, performing this beautiful moral duty as a thanksgiving to Allah (Mighty and Majestic) for the blessings that are too many to count, as stated in the Noble Qur'an in His saying (Mighty and Majestic):
And if you should count the favors of Allah, you could not enumerate them وإن تعدوا نعمة الله لا تحصوها
[An-Nahl 16:18]
Among these blessings are the joints, so as a thanksgiving to Allah for these joints, one prays two rak'ahs.
