(Two flutes: at a celebration and at a calamity...) Does this apply to putting melody into the du'a of qunut?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Yes, okay, Shaykh, regarding the saying of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), I don't know if I have the hadith memorized or not:
Two flutes, a flute مزماران مزمار
?

The Shaykh :
At a celebration and at a calamity عند رنه وعند مصيبة
.

The questioner
Two sounds, at a celebration and at a calamityصوتان عند رنة وعند مصيبة
Does this hadith apply in some cases in the Haram, where the du'a of qunut in the witr of the night prayer and in the tarawih prayer is always recited with melody in the du'a? Does this hadith apply to this du'a?

The Shaykh : No, it is not necessary that this hadith applies to this matter. It is sufficient for us that it is a matter condemned by the Shari'ah, that it is not from the practice of the Salaf, and it is not necessary that for every newly invented matter we find a specific hadith from the hadiths narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) to apply to it. Because the intended meaning of the two sounds is the sound of wailing and crying, and the sound of joy, the flute of Satan, and the like. So, of course, this does not apply to what they do today, unfortunately, of this long and extensive du'a and the wailing in it and the like. Rather, this is contrary to the Sunnah.
