The Shaykh : If the men, for example, suppose a husband came with his wife and the husband’s brother came with them, then it is not permissible for him to depart with you. You depart with your wife after midnight and go by virtue of your wife’s status, but your brother has no connection to the matter, so it is not permissible for him. He must pray Fajr there.
