The time of departure for the weak and those with women from Muzdalifah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This questioner says: O Shaykh (may Allah preserve you), is it better to depart from Muzdalifah after midnight, or after the Fajr prayer, for one who has women with him?

Answer:
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) granted a dispensation to the weak to depart in the last part of the night to lighten the burden on the people. So it is better for those with women to depart in the last part of the night, in the latter half, and to stone the pillars in the last part of the night or with the people in the forenoon. This is what is best. And if they are patient and stay with the people, there is no harm; there is no blame on them. Yes.

The presenter: He says: And what about one who has boarded the bus and does not have women with him? Is it permissible for him to depart with them and stay until after the Fajr prayer?

The Shaykh: The one with women departs with the women, yes, and stones the pillars with them in the last part of the night. And if they delay and stone in the forenoon, that is better. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you.
