Is saying "O Allah, no joy in misfortune" among the transmitted supplications?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is saying "O Allah, no joy in misfortune" among the transmitted supplications?

The Shaykh : For example, does he want to speak about a person regarding something?

The questioner : Yes, Shaykh.

The Shaykh : One of his bad actions.

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : So he says: "O Allah, no joy in misfortune; this man does such and such."

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : There is nothing wrong with it; there is nothing wrong with this if it is permissible to mention his brother with this defect, because it is not permissible for a person to mention his brother with a defect, for that is backbiting. And Allah the Exalted has forbidden backbiting and depicted it in the ugliest form, saying:
or backbite each other. Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his brother when dead? You would detest it. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is Accepting of repentance and Merciful.
[Al-Hujurat 49:12]
Yes, if he said it in a general sense, if he said, "O Allah, no joy in misfortune; some people do such and such."

The questioner : Yes, Shaykh.

The Shaykh : This is permissible because he did not specify who he was speaking about, and the person addressed does not know who it is. Yes.

The questioner : May Allah reward you. The questioner says.
