Inquiry regarding the hadith: (Whoever wants to know what he has with Allah, let him look at what Allah has with him)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : My Shaykh! From another angle:
Whoever wants to know what he has with Allah, let him look at what Allah has with him مَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَعْلَمْ مَا لَهُ عِنْدَ اللهِ؛ فَلَيَنْظُرْ مَاللهِ عِنْدَهُ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 34:1055
This is its number in Sahih al-Jami': 5882. But the printed books are not available at all, meaning—as far as I know—its number in al-Sahihah is: 2310.

The Shaykh : What do you mean by the other books?

The questioner : The printed ones, I said: the printed ones, I mean.

The Shaykh : I understand. I didn't understand!

The questioner : I mean, this is not available to us regarding its tracing; but you, may Allah preserve you, have it in al-Sahihah with the number: 2310.

The Shaykh : Yes, 2310. Good.

The questioner : So I wanted to verify, meaning there is nothing new on it, nothing like that, and that this number is correct; but often there are actual typographical errors regarding the printing of the Islamic Library; the numbers, so I see the original to be in error. Subhan Allah!

The Shaykh : Good, what prompted you to raise this possibility?

The questioner : The truth is, because I have a research related to this hadith.

The Shaykh : Aside. Aside.

The questioner : Yes! Yes. Please, go ahead.

The Shaykh : I told you, or did I tell you: What prompted you to raise the possibility that there might be an error in the number?

The questioner : Yes, yes, may Allah reward you with good, I don't know—I am now in a state of confusion! Regarding the number, I want to see if it is actually in al-Sahihah? But the issue of the number is another matter, I don't know what led me to this!

The Shaykh : Good, we have withdrawn the question about the number.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : So what prompted you to ask: Is it in al-Sahihah or not?

The questioner : I mean, I really want to verify; because they said: the hadith is not traced in any other book, and I do not think these things are actually traced, and a person comes across them.

The Shaykh : It is not traced—Professor!—in what has not been printed.

The questioner : Yes, yes, 2310, meaning it has not been printed.

The Shaykh : It is, meaning, under photography in Beirut, and we do not know this publisher.

The questioner : The important thing, my Shaykh! is that there is nothing new on the hadith.

The Shaykh : No, we have nothing new.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : May Allah preserve you.
