What is the ruling on one who moves from one part of memorizing (the Qur'an) to another and has forgotten some of what came before? Does he commit a sin?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Another question: If I memorized a quarter of the Qur'an and then moved to the second quarter, but I had not memorized the previous quarter well and perhaps lost some of its surahs, am I sinful?

The Shaykh : He does not commit a sin, but he is not in accordance with his saying (peace and blessings be upon him)
Recite this Qur'an and review it, for by Him in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, it is more likely to slip from the chests of men than camels from their ropes. تغنوا بهذا القرآن وتعاهدوه فوالذي نفس محمد بيده إنه أشد تفلتا من صدور الرجال من الإبل من عقلها
The hadith commands reviewing the Qur'an and being consistent in its recitation, because it slips from the chests of men due to the majesty and greatness of the speech of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Yes.

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : ... Take it ... Do not speak to me!
Another questioner: It is the same question, meaning the quarter he memorized first is not lost; he is continuing with the Qur'an, but he will review what he is memorizing in the Qur'an, but he will return to the first quarter and review it anew; it will not be lost, meaning.

The questioner : Meaning, he intends to resume memorization again after he memorizes the second quarter?

The Shaykh : No blame, did you understand my answer?
Another questioner: I understood your answer.

The Shaykh : What is it?
Another questioner: Meaning, he is not sinful, but it is supposed that a person should review the Qur'an.

The Shaykh : Okay, so what about this question! What is it, since there is leeway in the matter!
