Is it permissible for the imam to pray in his tent if he did not hear the mu'adhdhin say: "Pray in your tents"?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : A further clarification regarding the previous question! If the mu'adhdhin did not announce "Pray in your tents" specifically regarding combining prayers in the rain, and he prayed at home without any of the mu'adhdhins requesting it, has he contradicted the Sunnah?

The Shaykh : How could it be otherwise? Of course. Rather, we say that it is not permissible for the imam except to attend the prayer, because some of the people may be absent for one reason or another, and the congregational prayer would be neglected. He should attend. Likewise, the mu'adhdhin must perform his duty, especially if he is one of the mu'adhdhins of the present day, who do not call the adhan except very rarely, and only for the sake of the dirham and the dinar, as one of their jobs. In that case, if he does not perform his duty, what he takes is a type of illicit gain from what is forbidden. Yes, that is correct.
