What is the ruling on enjoining good during the time of the sermon?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : Naturally, this is a very clear matter. The preacher is delivering the sermon, may Allah reward you. It is not permissible, as you have heard previously, to enjoin good and forbid evil, because it distracts from listening to the remembrance of Allah. Therefore, it is not permissible to engage in the remembrance of Allah, nor to send blessings upon the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), nor to carry prayer beads while the preacher is delivering the sermon. Some people fiddle with prayer beads, and some of the elders are accustomed to doing so, though perhaps they are not truly elders. They carry these electric prayer beads that click and have a light, and they fiddle with them while the preacher is delivering the sermon, and this is not permissible! And this is the last question, if Allah wills!
