Explaining the beginning and end of the takbir

The Shaykh : It begins from the setting of the sun on the night of the festival, from the setting of the sun on the night of the festival, if the entry of the month is known before the sunset, as if the people ate for thirty days of the month, or from the confirmation of the news, if it is confirmed on the night of the thirtieth of Ramadan. And it ends with the prayer, meaning that when the people begin the festival prayer, the time for the takbir ends.
