The Shaykh : Allah (Mighty and Majestic) says: [Az-Zumar 39:69] "Shine" means to be illuminated by the light of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Indeed, Allah the Exalted will come on the Day of Resurrection to judge between His servants, to give the oppressed their rights from the oppressor, to establish justice among the servants, and for the effects of reward and punishment to become manifest therein.
