The Meaning of the Saying of Allah the Exalted: "A duty from Allah, and Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise."

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Allah the Exalted said:
an obligation [imposed] by Allah. And Allah is Knowing and Wise. فريضة من الله والله عليم حكيم
[At-Tawbah 9:60]
This means that Allah has made this obligatory from His own side, a duty based on knowledge and wisdom. Reflect upon this, may Allah bless you. Now, if these eight descriptions are found in a person, he is among those entitled to zakah. If a description is found in a person and someone claims that he should not be given from the zakah, we say to him: Where is the evidence? If he brings evidence, we accept it. If he does not bring evidence, we say: As long as the description of entitlement exists in him, he is entitled to it. For example, a person has zakah and has a poor brother; does he give him from the zakah?
The student: He gives him.
