Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: "And if their turning away is too hard for you, then if you can, seek a tunnel into the earth or a ladder in the sky."

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :
And if their evasion is difficult for you وإن كان كبر عليك إعراضهم
[Al-An'am 6:35]
This means that if it is difficult for you and heavy, then if you can, seek a tunnel into the earth and dive into it, or a ladder in the sky and ascend it, meaning, do so. And can anyone do that? No. The meaning is that if their turning away is too hard for you, then be patient. It is not possible to escape from this, neither by a ladder from the sky nor by a tunnel in the earth. For this reason, He said:
then if you are able to seek a tunnel into the earth or a stairway into the sky to bring them a sign فإن استطعت أن تبتغي نفقا في الأرض أو سلما في السماء فتأتيهم بآية
[Al-An'am 6:35]
meaning, do so.
