The Meaning of the Poet's Saying: "And Thus He Testifies That al-Qayyum Is *** Self-Subsisting and the Sustainer of the Worlds" (Exegesis of al-Qayyum) And Thus He Testifies That He Is the Possessor of Mercy, *** Will, and Love

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"And thus He testifies that al-Qayyum is *** Self-Subsisting and the Sustainer of the worlds"
The author (may Allah have mercy on him) explained in his exegesis of al-Qayyum the two meanings: that He is Self-Subsisting and that He is the One by whom others are sustained. Therefore, he said: "al-Qayyum is *** Self-Subsisting and the Sustainer of the worlds", meaning He is the One who established the worlds and by whom they are sustained, and He is the One who is Self-Subsisting. The conclusion is that He does not need anyone, and everyone needs Him.
"And thus He testifies that He is the Possessor of Mercy, *** Will, Love, and Tenderness"
This meaning is clear in it.
"And thus He testifies that He, Exalted is He, *** Speaks through Revelation and the Qur'an"
"And thus He testifies that He, Exalted is He, Is the *** Creator Who Brought Forth These Bodies"
"Do not make Him" means do not make the universe
"a witness through falsehood and *** denial of attributes; that is the testimony of falsity"
The address in his saying: "Do not make Him" is to those who deny the divine attributes, who rejected what the universe testifies as being established for Allah.
