Evidence that the Book of Allah, His Messengers, and His Law are Light

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : That is, the meaning of the author's statement is that the Book of Allah is light. Allah named it light in His saying:
O mankind, there has come to you a conclusive proof from your Lord, and We have sent down to you a clear light. يا أيها الناس قد جاءكم برهان من ربكم وأنزلنا إليكم نوراً مبينا
[An-Nisa 4:174]
There has come to you from Allah a light and a clear Book. قد جاءكم من الله نورٌ وكتاب مبين
[Al-Ma'idah 5:15]
So His Book is light. Likewise, the Law of Allah is light, because the servant is illuminated by it in his journey to Allah, Mighty and Majestic. Likewise, the one sent with the Qur'an, who is the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), the one sent with the Furqan, Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), is light because he illuminates for the people.
Allah the Exalted said regarding the scholars:
And is one who was dead and We gave him life and made for him light by which to walk among the people like one who is in darkness, never to emerge therefrom أومن كان ميتا فأحييناه وجعلنا له نوراً يمشي به في الظلمات ليس بخارج منها
[Al-An'am 6:122]
So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is light, the Book of Allah is light, and His Law is light. But this light is of the spiritual kind.
