The Shaykh : And likewise, "Likewise, the Exalter with the Humiliator" is also among the attributes of Allah: that He is the Exalter the Humiliator. It is necessary that the two names be paired, so do not say "the Humiliator" alone. Rather, pair it with "the Exalter" so that it conveys the perfection of Allah the Exalted's dominion and His control over His servants. However, if you say "the Exalter," it appears that there is no objection, because it does not imply any deficiency.
