(Explanation that the follower of the truth is obligated to call to the truth and endure the harm from the people of falsehood, just as his predecessors called and endured) Tell me when did the Messenger

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"Tell me" he asks in a challenging manner "When did the Messenger and his Companions *** and those who followed them in goodness
find safety from the ignorant..."

Meaning, when were they safe from these people? Meaning, were they safe? No, they were not safe from the ignorant, the stubborn, the hypocrite, and the one who fights with rebellion and tyranny.
The student: ... .

The Shaykh : The meaning is the same.
These are four categories:
The ignorant one who does not know, who harms the people of the truth and rejects their words.
The second: the stubborn one who has some of the truth, who has some knowledge, but is biased and stubborn.
The third: the hypocrite. The hypocrite is the worst of them.
"He gives you sweetness from the tip of his tongue *** and he deceives you as the fox deceives
He meets you and swears that he trusts you *** and when he hides from you, he is the scorpion"
.
This hypocrite is the calamity. When you speak to him, he says, "This is the truth. Praise be to Allah who guided us to this, and we would not have been guided had Allah not guided us." But
but when they are alone with their evil ones, they say, "Indeed, we are with you; we were only mockers." إذا خلوا إلى شياطينهم قالوا إنا معكم إنما نحن مستهزئون
[Al-Baqarah 2:14]
. These are people whose hearts are sound, they walk upon it, and it deceives them. "They believe when you meet them, but when they go apart among themselves, they disbelieve." This is the hypocrite.
And the one who fights. This one is also severe, a fighter, meaning that he exposed his neck to the sword in order to establish the falsehood he is upon, and he did not care, he fights.
Was the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) safe from these four categories? No.
