What is the ruling on raising the finger during the tashahhud after performing wudu', provided one is consistent in doing so?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : What is the ruling on raising the finger during the tashahhud after performing wudu', provided one is consistent in doing so?

The Shaykh : I do not know of any basis for it. What is prescribed for one who has finished performing wudu' is to say: "I bear witness that there is no deity but Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger. O Allah, make me among those who repent, and make me among those who purify themselves." This is sufficient.
