What is the philosophers' argument against the people of ta'til (denial of the divine attributes) in their denial of the texts of the attributes while not denying the resurrection

The Shaykh : And we call them the stories of bathers, yes, bathers, because they begin with glorification, yes. And the foreigners... the brothers in countries other than Saudi Arabia, what do you call them there?
The student: ...

The Shaykh : His creation, okay. In any case, it is because he is not affected by the Qur'an, may Allah protect us from that. He says these are the myths of the former people, stories and tales. What did Allah (Mighty and Majestic) say?
No! كلا
It is not the myths of the former people. But the affliction with it is
Rather, the stain has covered their hearts of that which they were earning. بل ران على قلوبهم ما كانوا يكسبون
[Al-Mutaffifin 83:14]
so they did not know the truth and were not affected by it. This is a standard that we should always observe: to look at whether our hearts are affected when committing sin and leaving off obedience, or not. If they are affected, there is life in them, and we preserve this life. If they are not affected, they are dead, and what they have earned of sins has settled upon them. We ask Allah to treat us and you with His forgiveness. Yes.

The Shaykh : Yes.

The Shaykh : It is clear. They say to them: If you interpret the verses of the attributes, even though their meaning is clear, then interpret the verses of the resurrection, even though their evidence is clear. Because the matter is... because the matter is... because the door is one. Because the door is one. Because the door is one. So if your minds cannot bear affirming these attributes for Allah (Mighty and Majestic), then our minds cannot bear affirming the resurrection. So either you agree with us, or you agree with the Salaf... . As for you contradicting yourselves, that is not the concern of scholars.
