(Explanation of the ways in which the Mu'attilah diminish Allah the Mighty and Majestic and His attributes) And you have made diminishment the very essence of agreement*** For that did not agree with so-and-so's opinion, you have diminished the God

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :
"And you have made diminishment the very essence of agreement*** For that did not agree with so-and-so's opinion"
This means you have made diminishment actual diminishment if it does not agree with so-and-so's opinion; if it agrees with his opinion, then it is not diminishment, according to their claim. For this reason, they return to the opinion of so-and-so and so-and-so rather than to the Book and the Sunnah.
"You have diminished the God of the Throne" This means Allah the Mighty and Majestic "And the Qur'an and the one sent with the Qur'an"
And he is the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him)
"You have purified Him" meaning you have purified Allah "from His attributes of perfection*** And from speech and being above every place"
They purified Him from His attributes of perfection. For this reason, they denied the attributes of the Mu'attilah, and the Asha'irah affirm only seven of them. And you have purified Him, according to your claim, from speech, so you said that He does not speak. And you have purified Him from being above, above every place, because they say that Allah is not above. They are divided, as you heard earlier, into the first of the Jahmiyyah who were hululiyyah, saying that Allah is in every place by His essence, and the last of them are Mu'attilah, saying He is not above, not below, not to the right, not to the left, not connected, not separated, not distinct, and not adjacent, as mentioned.
