(The Denial by the Deniers of Attributes of Allah’s Exaltion) Do not confine Him to a place, for you say, “Our Lord is truly in every place.” You have exalted Him, in your ignorance, from His Throne, and confined Him to a place.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :“Do not confine Him to a place, for you say, ‘Our Lord is truly in every place’”
This is one of the views of the people of denial of attributes, who say that Allah is, by His essence, in every place: in the mosque, in the room, in the house, in the market, in the grass, in every place. May Allah fight them. There is no doubt that whoever holds this belief about his Lord is a disbeliever, a disbelief that takes him out of the religion, because he denies the clear and explicit texts regarding the Exaltion of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Furthermore, he has diminished Allah to the utmost degree of diminishment. May Allah protect us from that. He placed Him in the grass. If he were to address a king of the kings of this world and say, “You are in the grass,” what would he say? He would deny him completely.
“Do not confine Him to a place, for you say, ‘Our Lord is truly in every place’
You have removed Him from His Throne with your ignorance *** and confined Him to another place

The Throne. They say He is not on the Throne, but He is in the grass. He is not above the Throne, but He is inside the grass. I seek refuge in Allah! They exalted Him from the Throne, but they diminished Him by placing Him in every place.
“Do not negate Him” means: Do not make Him non-existent.
“By saying, ‘He is not within us, nor is He outside the universes’”
This is another view of the people of denial of attributes. They say: Allah is not inside the world, nor is He outside the world. The first group says: He is in every place, inside the world, in every place. And we say: Our Lord is above the heavens, and nothing of our deeds is hidden from Him. He is not inside the world, but He is above the world. Yes.
