Likewise, prayer in Quba is like 'Umrah*** in its reward, and the excellence belongs to the Mina (Explanation of the virtue of prayer in the Quba Mosque and the ruling on what is added to the original mosque, for it has its own ruling)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"Likewise, prayer in Quba is like 'Umrah*** in its reward, and the excellence belongs to the Mina"
This means that if a person leaves his house in a state of ritual purity and prays two rak'ahs in the Quba Mosque, it is as if he has performed an 'Umrah. The Quba Mosque is well known.
If someone were to say: "The existing Quba Mosque is larger than the Quba Mosque in the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)," we would say that what is added to the mosque has its own ruling. For this reason, look at the Sacred Mosque: is it as it was in the time of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him)? No, it was never as it was in the time of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him); it is very close to the area around the Well of Zamzam. Likewise, is the Prophet's Mosque as it was in the time of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him)? No, 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) added to it first, and then 'Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) added to it. The Companions agreed that the addition has the ruling of the added part. The evidence for their consensus is that when 'Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) expanded the Prophet's Mosque toward the qiblah, he would pray in the mihrab of the expansion he had added. The Muslims would compete to pray in the first row there. If the expansion did not have the ruling of the mosque, they would have delayed and prayed in the original mosque that was in the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The important point is that what is added to the mosque has its own ruling.
