The Shaykh :"This is your path and that is our path *** and the meeting is with the Most Merciful after a time"
(may Allah have mercy on him) means he is saying, this is our path and that is your path, and who will judge between us? Allah, after a time. Allah has made it clear that He will judge between the disbelievers and the believers, and Allah will not give the disbelievers any way over the believers. Yes.
