The Meaning of the Poet's Saying: "And there it will be known which of our two parties is upon the clear truth and the fitrah of religion, so be patient a little; it is only an hour, and if you are right, it is in the pleasure of the Merciful"

Then the author said:
"So be patient a little; it is only an hour" Yes, be patient a little. If the people oppose you, if you see the people upon falsehood, be patient, for it is only an hour of time. No matter how long the time lasts for you, even if it reaches hundreds of years, it is as if you had remained for only an hour of time.
"And if you are right, it is in the pleasure of the Merciful"
This means that if they aggress against you, this aggression is in the pleasure of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). You will be rewarded for it and you will earn reward for it.
"So the people are like you" It is permissible to say "like you" (mithlak).
"So the people are like you, they suffer and are patient, and their patience is in obedience to Satan"
As for you, you are patient, you suffer, and you are patient, and your patience is in obedience to Allah. Allah the Exalted said: "Do not weaken" means do not become weak in seeking the people, meaning in pursuing the disbelievers. Is that not so? They are human beings and you are human beings. You fight in the cause of Allah, and those who disbelieve fight in the cause of the taghut, and there is a difference between the two matters. In this is consolation for the believer when he is afflicted by the disbeliever with what befalls him; he should be consoled by the words of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Yes.
