The Meaning of the Poet's Saying: "Ascending to the Pleiades was a climb *** easier than reaching that fire, if it were possible"

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"Ascending to the Pleiades was a climb *** easier than reaching that fire, if it were possible"
Yes, he says that were it not for the fact that Allah made it easy for him, by unbinding the bonds that were upon him until he was able to walk, ascending to the Pleiades, which are in the sky, would have been easier than reaching this fire from which he wishes to take a spark.
"And by Allah, were it not that his bonds are unbound *** and the shackle of Satan is removed from him,
ascending to the Pleiades would have been a climb *** easier than reaching that fire, if it were possible.
He saw in that fire the towers of the city, like tents, visible to the eyes.

"Al-Atam" is the plural of "atam," which refers to elevated places. He says:
"And he saw on its roads signs *** erected for the lost traveler"
These are indications of the path, signs erected to guide the confused person. Here are the mounds, and here are the signs.
"And he saw there every guide, one who is guided, *** calling to faith and certainty"
So, there are terrestrial signs and human signs. The human signs are these guides, those who are guided, who call to Allah (Mighty and Majestic).
