The reader: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
"So listen, O just one, to their ruling *** and see if the two judges are equal
In our view, they are of two types: people of ignorance *** and people of stubbornness, and these are the two types
They unite and divide between their two kinds *** in an innovation in which they undoubtedly agree
And the people of stubbornness are people of manifest disbelief *** and the ignorant ones are of two types
Those who are capable of guidance and knowledge by *** means that are easy and possible
But they settled in the land of ignorance *** and made following scholars easy, like the blind
They did not exert what is possible in their *** attainment of the truth, belittling this matter
They are those in whose open sinfulness there is no doubt *** and regarding disbelief in them, there are two opinions in our view
And my position is to withhold judgment regarding them, and my position is to withhold judgment regarding them; I am not one who *** describes them as disbelievers or as believers
And Allah knows their inner state better *** and we have only their outer appearance, the garment of public display
But they are deserving of punishment *** certainly, for the sake of rebellion and aggression
Suppose you excused them for ignorance, you *** will not be excused for tyranny and oppression"
