Is it permissible to use a car that its owner purchased with an interest-bearing loan?

The questioner : In the name of Allah. Shaykh, if a man buys a commodity and enters into riba, for example, a car he bought on installments, is it permissible for another man to use this car, knowing that this man bought it, for example, with riba or on installments? Is it permissible, for example, to buy it and sell it, or to ride in it or use it?

The Shaykh : If it is more likely in his opinion that his purchase of it helps people deal in riba, as I think, then it is not permissible.
