Advice for the women who come to the Haram and occupy themselves with worldly matters and do not complete the rows?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you with good: This questioner is asking Your Eminence to give advice to the women who come to the Haram and occupy themselves with worldly matters and do not complete the rows?

The Shaykh : The advice for them, and for men as well: For what purpose were the mosques built? For prayer, reciting the Qur'an, and the like. For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
If you see someone buying or selling in the mosque, say: May Allah not make your trade profitable—curse him that Allah does not make him profitable—for the mosques were not built for this.
, and he said:
If you hear someone calling out for a lost item—saying: Who lost this item?—say: May Allah not return it to you.
because the mosques were not built for this. He also addressed the Bedouin man who urinated in a corner of the mosque, and his story is well known. A Bedouin man entered the mosque of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), found a spacious area, and needed to urinate. He did not go out to look for a place to urinate; he said, "This is a spacious place," and began to urinate in the mosque of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). Is this a good thing or a bad thing? It is a bad thing. For this reason, the Companions rebuked him, but the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) stopped them and said:
Do not stop him لا تزرموه
, meaning, do not stop his urination; let him finish. The Bedouin man finished urinating, and then the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Abu Hurairah reported: A bedouin entered the mosque while the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was sitting. He offered two rak'ahs of prayer, according to the version of Ibn 'Abdah. He then said: O Allah, have mercy on me and on Muhammad and do not have mercy on anyone along with us. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: You have narrowed down (a thing) that was broader. After a short while he passed a water in the corner of the mosque. The people rushed towards him. The Prophet (ﷺ) prevented them and said: You have been sent to facilitate and not create difficulties. Pour a bucket of water upon it.
Sunan Abi Dawud 380Sahih (Al-Albani)
, pour water over it. And if they poured water over it, what would happen? It would be purified, and the harm would be removed. As for the Bedouin man, he called him and said to him:
These mosques are not suitable for any filth or harm; they are only for prayer, the glorification of Allah, and the recitation of the Qur'an.
, or as he (peace and blessings be upon him) said. Look at the wisdom: he spoke to him gently. He said:
O Allah, have mercy on me and on Muhammad, and do not have mercy on anyone with us.
Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 2:524
. A Bedouin man who hardened his heart against the mercy of Allah the Exalted, because Muhammad (may the prayers and peace of Allah be upon him) addressed him with gentleness and softness and left him until he finished urinating. The Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) rebuked him, but he wanted the mercy to be for him and for the Messenger. Yes, if he had said:
O Allah, have mercy on me and on Muhammad.
, there is no harm, but
And do not have mercy on anyone with us.
Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 2:524
, he would have hardened his heart against the mercy of Allah. Glory be to Allah. In any case, the wisdom was in his remaining, and this is from the category of averting the greater of two harms by the lesser. With what? With the lesser. That is, if one must commit two harms, one of which is lighter, one commits the lighter one. His remaining to urinate is lighter:
First: So that the urine is confined to one place.
Second: So that this Bedouin man is not harmed by the interruption of his urination, because if urine is ready to come out and a person prevents it, there is harm to him.
And because if the Bedouin man had stood up and uncovered his garment, his private parts would have been exposed, and the urine would have splashed around the place. And if he had let his garment hang down, the garment would have become impure, and there would have been harm. For this reason, averting the greater of two harms by the lesser is one of the matters established by the Shari'ah. And this is also one of the matters that a person should pay attention to in the chapter of enjoining good and forbidding evil.
I say that the mosques were not built except for prayer and the remembrance of Allah. Talking in them about worldly matters, if it is in the context of buying and selling, calling out for a lost item, or if it disturbs others, it is prohibited. But if there is no harm in it and it is merely permissible talk, then there is no harm in it, on the condition that it does not disturb others. For this reason, the Companions would recite poetry in the mosque of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him).
