A woman wore tight clothing which resulted in the loss of the fetus; is expiation required of her?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you. A woman says: “One day, without intention, I wore clothing that was somewhat tight. It felt as if the fetus was uncomfortable with this clothing. After that, a few days later, the fetus was lost dead. Does this count as accidental killing, such that expiation is required, or not?”

The Shaykh : By Allah, I do not think a woman would wear clothing so tight that it kills the fetus. However, if she bent her back along with the tightness of the clothing, that is possible. In such a case, it is referred to the opinion of the doctors. If they say that it was lost because of that, then she killed it, and expiation is obligatory upon her. As for the blood money, that is a matter between her and the heirs of the fetus. Yes.
