The Shaykh : May Allah reward you. Perfect. The return means rain, and the crack means splitting. When the sky rains upon the earth and it grows, when it is first a plant, what happens? The earth splits open for the plant. So Allah swore by the return, by the sky with the return, and by the earth with the crack, because everyone looks at the dead earth where there is no green. The sky rains upon it, and it splits with the plants. Allah brings the earth to life after its death. Likewise, a person will die and be buried, and the earth will consume him, except for whom Allah wills, and then he will emerge from it. The One who is able to bring out this dry seed from the depths of the earth is able to bring a person to life after a time. Allah the Mighty and Majestic said:[Fussilat 41:39] meaning it is inert, with no green in it. [Fussilat 41:39] And by Allah, we have an appointed time in which we will be gathered to Allah the Mighty and Majestic, barefoot, naked, uncircumcised, with no wealth, no children, no wife, no relative, and no kin. Rather, one of us will flee from his brother, his mother, his father, his companion, and his children. For every person on that day will be a matter that will occupy him.
I ask Allah to make me and you among the successful on that day. Indeed, He is Able to do all things. Good.

فإذا أنزلنا عليها الماء اهتزت وربت إن الذي أحياها لمحيي الموتى إنه على كل شيء قديرI ask Allah to make me and you among the successful on that day. Indeed, He is Able to do all things. Good.
