Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (And the sky with the return)

Allah the Exalted said, after mentioning the oath by the sky and the star that comes down, up to His saying:
(9) The Day when secrets will be put on trial, (10) Then man will have no power or any helper.
[Al-Tariq:9-10] He the Exalted said:
(11) By the sky which returns [rain] (12) And [by] the earth which cracks open,
[Al-Tariq:11-12] This is the second oath by the sky,And the first oath was at the beginning of the surah, where He said:
By the sky which returns [rain]
[Al-Tariq: 11] .

So there He said:
(2) And what can make you know what is the night comer? (3) It is the piercing star -
[Al-Tariq: 1-3] And here He said:
(11) By the sky which returns [rain] (12) And [by] the earth which cracks open,
[Al-Tariq: 11-12]
Indeed, the Qur'an is a decisive statement,
[Al-Tariq: 13] .

And the relevance between the two oaths, and Allah knows best: The first one contains a reference to the night star, which is the star. As we know, the stars are used to throw the devils who eavesdrop on the revelation, and throwing the devils with them serves to preserve the Book of Allah (Mighty and Majestic).
As for here, He swore by the sky with the return that this Quran is a decisive word. The relevance of the first oath is that it contains a reference to what preserves the Quran during its revelation, and the second oath contains a reference to the fact that the Quran is life;Because he said:
By the sky which returns [rain]
[Al-Tariq: 11] And al-raj' (the return): it is the rain. It is called a return because it returns and repeats, and it is known that rain is the life of the earth.
And [by] the earth which cracks open,
[Al-Tariq: 12] Al-sad' (the splitting): it is the splitting,Meaning: the cracking for the emergence of plants from it. So He swore by the rain, which is the cause of the emergence of plants, and by the cracking from which the plants emerge, and all of it is a reference to the life of the earth after its death.

and the Qur'an is the life of the hearts after their death, as Allah Blessed and Exalted is He said:
And thus We have revealed to you an inspiration of Our command.
[Al-Shura:52] So Allah named the Qur'an a spirit; because the hearts come to life through it.

He (Mighty and Majestic) says:
By the sky which returns [rain]
[Al-Tariq: 11] Meaning: possessing the rain
And [by] the earth which cracks open,
[Al-Tariq: 12] Meaning: possessing the splitting for the emergence of plants from it.
