The waiting period of a nursing woman, with evidence.

The Shaykh : Now, if a man divorces his wife while she is nursing, and the custom is that a nursing woman does not get her menstruation until after a year or two, does she remain in the waiting period for this entire duration, or does she observe a waiting period of three months? We say she remains in the waiting period for this entire duration until her menstruation comes, and then she observes a waiting period of three menstrual cycles, due to the generality of the statement of Allah the Exalted: .
