Is this hadith: "O Abu 'Amir, what has happened to the little bird?" evidence for the permissibility of raising birds, and thereby pigeons, and collecting stamps?

The questioner : He says:The questioner : Is this hadith:
Abu ‘Umair! What has happened to the little sparrow? يا أبا عمير ما فعل النغير
Sunan Abi Dawud 4969Sahih (Al-Albani)
evidence for the permissibility of raising birds, and thereby pigeons, and collecting stamps?

The Shaykh : And what does collecting stamps have to do with them?! What does collecting stamps have to do with this?!
Now, as for raising birds and pigeons in a place where hunting them is not forbidden, there is nothing wrong with it. But in Makkah, no; in other than Makkah, meaning in al-Madinah, and also in other countries, there is nothing wrong with it. However, the condition is that the owner must look after them; he must not leave them to die of thirst, or die of hunger, or die of cold, or die of heat. For the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
A woman entered the Fire because of a cat she had locked up; she did not feed it when she locked it up, nor did she release it to eat from the creatures of the earth. دخلت النار امرأة في هرة حبستها، لا هي أطعمتها إذا هي حبستها ، ولا هي أرسلتها تأكل من خشاش الأرض
So it is necessary to look after them. As for neglecting these birds, that is forbidden and not permissible.
As for collecting stamps, this is commercial; it has nothing to do with the subject! If there is trade in it and people are trading in this, then there is nothing wrong with it. But if it is not trade, and he just wants to look at people's stamps, then it is a waste of money with no benefit. If there are images in them, then these images are also not intended.

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : Move a little further apart, everyone.
