Benefits of the hadith of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him).

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : We derive from this hadith that it is forbidden for one who is able to fulfill his obligation to delay payment. Is it forbidden for one who is unable? If he is unable, the demand now falls upon the claimant. It is said to the claimant: If the debtor is unable to pay, it is forbidden for you to demand your right from this person who is unable to pay. The evidence for this is... Brother, it appears you are overcome by sleep. Are you with us? By Allah, that is good. What is today? What day of the month is it? The twenty-fifth. And what comes after the twenty-fifth? The twenty-fourth. And what comes before that? The twenty-second. The one before the one before the one before is the twenty-fifth, the one before that is the twenty-fourth, and the one before that, and the one before the one before that is the twenty-second. Good, you have recovered now. Rest.
