Continuation of how to reconcile the hadith "There is no contagion, no bad omen, no harm from the hama bird, and no harm from the month of Safar" with the hadith "Flee from the leper as you would flee from a lion."

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : For this reason, when it was presented to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that a man has healthy camels with no scab in them, and a scabby camel mixes with them and they become scabby, this is contagion.
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him:
So who infected the first one? فمن أعدى الأول ؟
meaning that their becoming scabby is by the decree of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), just as the existence of the scab in the first one is from Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Yes.
