A man was assigned a specific job in Ta'if and completed it in a short time; is it permissible for him to perform 'Umrah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and blessings.

The Shaykh : And upon you be peace, and Allah's mercy and blessings.

The questioner : Noble Shaykh, a person was assigned to Ta'if, finished the work within hours, and wants to perform 'Umrah with the approval of his work, is this valid for him?

The Shaykh : Yes, it is valid for a person who is assigned a specific job and completes it, then wants to perform 'Umrah, to do so. This is because the work for which he was assigned has been completed, and he has the remaining time in which he can do as he pleases, especially if he has asked his superior for permission and he has granted it. In that case, it is clear that this is permissible.
