If one is assigned a task and completes it within the allotted time and then returns, is there anything required of him?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Some employees are assigned a task that requires three days, but they complete it in two days. If they are paid for the full period, is this considered embezzlement?

The Shaykh : If it is necessary for the work, there is no harm. If he completes it in less time than the allotted period without causing harm to the clients or any defect in the work, there is no harm. It has been said that they do not assign anyone less than three days for a temporary assignment, because it is not possible for anyone to leave his country, travel, and bear the risks for a temporary assignment of only one day. So they assign a minimum of three days for temporary assignments, even if it takes less time. This is what I have heard.
